Born in Vietnam, raised in France, and shaped by kitchens around the world, food has always been more than sustenance—it’s a language, a ritual, a way to connect.

I trained in Michelin-starred kitchens, led a catering company that fed movie stars, and created experiences that go beyond the plate. But what truly drives me is holding space—crafting moments that bring people together in a way that feels raw, real, and unforgettable.

I move between Ibiza and New York, but my work has no borders. If you’re here, you already know—some things are meant to be felt, not explained.
